Will there be a record of the question that I have asked and the answer delivered if I wish to review it?
Yes you can view your questions and answers including dictated notes, secretarial services delivery confirmation information and recording of your voice request in “Historical Record” by logging into your account at our web site www.bvocalized.com. You will also have an email copy as a record for reference.
Can I ask multiple questions in different subjects within the same session of the call?
Bvocalized voice driven menu system does not allow you to ask multiple questions in different categories during a single call. To ask another service request in different category you will have to re-dial for a new session.

Asking the right question is very important to get the precise, correct, reliable and relevant answer to your questions. Here are a few tips that will help you in this endeavour. Make sure that the question relates to the topic or category you have selected. This will ensure that the question is directed to the right search specialists that specialize in this category.

We are currently offering our services in USA and Canada only. We will be expanding our services to UK and Middle East in near future. Our expansion plans in the long run includes service availability in Europe, Middle East, South and East Asia with multi-language service delivery capabilities.

What are the different means of providing customer support?
Bvocalized provides a 24x7 technical support in case of service disruptions, quality of voice delivery, abrupt call disconnections. You can contact our technical support through website by “Click to Call” feature, Chat Line or Email.
Is there certain time to access customer support?
Our customer support is available 24x7 365 days a year.
Do we provide live person support?
Yes we provide live customer support through “Click to call” and “Chat” line. See web site to access these features. You can also call our main line at +1(647)477-7755 to talk to our customer service staff 24x7.
What happens if there is a network breakdown and customer cannot connect through our regular number?
Bvocalized will provide a backup number to the subscribers in case of breakdown in telecommunication network. Please note that Bvocalized does not provide vital emergency assistance services for health related or law enforcement emergencies. You should call “911”.
Billing
Package Price - A Prepaid amount and one time charge per package that gets applied over service usage validity period on per minute billing rate.
Validity - Each package needs to be utilized in full within certain period of time. Any remaining un-utilized minutes of usage will not roll over towards extended subscription or be applied over against other packages.
No-Auto Recharge on Credit Card – We do not re-charge customer credit card account automatically. Customer will be notified of low balance remaining at least 24 hours before expiry of account.
Shared Users - Depending on the package type selected you are given an option to add multiple users within your group. The users will be identified as valid subscribers through their registered phone numbers and email addresses.
Connection Charges - A one time fixed charge for each call the user makes. This covers telephone connectivity and line charges paid to our Telco carrier company.
Billing Charges - A flat rate of 0.10c per minute are charged to customers. Bo more than 0.75c are charged on any service delivery per call even if the response requires more than the time charged per response.

Secretarial Service Charges Per Minute - This is a service charge per minute billed and deducted from prepaid account and includes time spent by the secretarial services specialist in executing voice directed tasks. Bvocalized system ensures that tasks are allocated to the most suitable virtual assistant trained to handle these specific tasks. All tasks are guarantied to have been executed without delay.
Dictation & Reminders Set-up - Bvocalized subscribers are not charged for dictating notes and setting up reminders. There is however a limit of 3 minutes recording for each phone call made.
Email Delivery & Reply - Subscribers are charged for time taken in minutes to deliver, read and reply to emails.
How is the billing price calculated?
This is a service charge per minute billed and deducted from prepaid account. Customer is not charged for the entire duration of the call. Charges are billed for the time it takes to generate actual response.

How do we add more minutes to an expired account?
Renewing your existing account minutes is easy. Simply login to your account on www.bvocalized.com and select “Renew Account”.
How do we send invoices?
Invoice is auto-generated instantly at the time of check out and is displayed on the screen for your review and printing. A copy of paid invoice can also be retrieved by logging into customer account on www.bvocalized.com web site.
How can a customer view account and statement of charges?
Customers can login to their account at www.bvocalized.com and “View History” to check account activity.
How do customer contact billing department?
Customers can contact billing department via emails only at billing@bvocalized.com. We will contact you within 4-6 hours. A Trouble Ticket can also be issued by logging into customer account for billing related questions that require urgent attention.

Refund Policy
What is our refund policy?
Bvocalized provides best practices and quality of services guarantee to our subscribed customers. We however understand that there can be circumstances beyond error of billing where customers may be dissatisfied with any aspect of our business and services. Our refund policy for pre-paid subscription charges will entail.
